So on the 2nd of October I ordered some books from B&N. They were suppose to come on the 26th (or so I thought) because I preordered a book that was going to be released on that day. Apparently preordering on B&N doesn’t mean that it will come on that day, it means it will be shipped on that day and reach whenever. I can’t even track the order. The number they gave me doesn’t even work. It was suppose to be for DHL, but they can’t find my order. I then tried USPS and that didn’t work either. In my last ditch attempt I even tried UPS and even they couldn’t find my order. I researched it on Google and found out someone had the exact same problem. The bad part was no one had posted a solution. It was hilarious that the post happened today earlier in the morning. I was thinking of calling them, but my dad was using the phone so I forgot. Many people were saying that DHL (the spelling of the devil lol :P) is a bad service and that B&N is making a horrible decision by switching to them from UPS. Amazon is doing the same thing with their shipping. The only reason that I used B&N is because I got a $25 gift card from someone. I don’t think I’m ever going to use them again. The last time I preordered a book it was from Borders and I was able to see the tracking of the book. Plus, the book actually arrived on the day it came out. The only negative was that they said they would call me, but I had to call them. I really want my books and I hope they come soon. If I don’t get them within a week, something bad is going to happen.
