My new favorite show is called How I Met Your Mother. It's set in the future, 2030 I think, and is about a guy named Ted Mosby (voiced by Bob Saget, when talking about the past) who tells his kids the story of how he met their mother. It starts off in 2005 when Teds college roomate and BFF (not Barney, lol) Marshall Erickson proposes to his college sweetheart Lilly and Ted starts to feel awkward being single. Ted goes to their favorite bar McLarens (which is conveniently located right next to their building) and meets up with his friend (not his best) Barney Stinson (who he met in the bathroom, says Barney) who proposes a game of "Have You Met Ted?". That gets awkward and then he turns around and sees a very pretty girl names Robin Sherbatsky who he thinks he's in love with. We learn by the end of the first episode that Robin isn't the mom. The next seasons we just learn more about Teds various girlfriends. We don't really learn that much about the mother till the end of season 5. The other seasons are still hilarious to watch because of all the crazy adventures like Slapsgiving. We see Barney and Robin get together and break up (due to too much combined awesomeness) in season 5. I became so obsessed after a random episodes on TV that I had a whole marathon one season after another during the summer. :)
