Chocolate!!

Chocolate is awesome! Anything dipped in chocolate really. Anything from cookie dough bites to nut or even coffee beans. Chocolate covered coffee beans are my favorite things to make. I buy some white melting chocolate from Michaels and I add some creme-de-methe to it. It adds a very nice minty flavor to go with the dark roast of the coffee bean. My family loves those. I once tried to make a layer chocolate candy with alternating layer of nuts then white chocolate and crushed coffee beans. I don't use ground coffee because I like that crunch of the coffee bean. I once tried to use caramel syrup, but since it was really thin it didn't freeze well. It was the Smuckers sundae syrup.
No one in my family likes Hersheys except for me. They all claim it gives them headaches or something. I've forgotten the reason. It's good though because I never have to worry about them taking my chocolate. My favorite Hersheys is milk chocolate with almonds. I guess it's cause I like nutty chocolate. I don't like fruit and nut like the one Cadbury makes though. My second favorite is cookies and cream.
Chocolate turtles are another one of my favorite chocolates. With their rich milk chocolate on the outside and their rich gooey caramel and the pecans on the inside it's a very delightful treat.
I don't see how people dont like to go trick or treating when they get to be a junior or senior in high school. Hello, free candy day! What could be better than loads and loads of free candy for the small price of cold body parts. :)
